DMCA Policy

CarPromo, a product of Diazites LLC (Miami, FL), respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This policy explains how to submit a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA").

1. Copyright notices

If you believe content hosted on https://carpromo.co infringes a copyright you own, you may submit a written notice to our designated DMCA agent with the information listed below.

3. What your takedown notice must include

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed.
• The URL or a description of where the infringing material is located.
• Your contact information, including name, address, phone number, and email.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

4. Takedown process

Upon receiving a complete notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and notify the user who posted it. We may also terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

5. Counter-notice

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice including your contact information, a description of the removed content and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was in error, and your consent to jurisdiction in Miami-Dade County, Florida. If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content within 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action.
